Key Responsibilities:

• Partner 1:1 with students and provide group support in classroom environments
• Assist teachers in executing individualized education plans (IEPs) and planning and placement team (PPT) directives
• Help supervise and guide special education students in academic, social, and daily living activities
• Support with behavioral and instructional interventions as needed
• May be required to provide assistance with toileting and personal care tasks
• Foster a respectful, supportive, and safe learning environment for all students

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or directly related field is required
• Possession of a Paraprofessional Certificate, Associate’s degree, or at least 60 college credits
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping students reach their full potential
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and administrators
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability in dynamic classroom settings
