Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or working within a school setting preferred
• Comfortable supporting elementary-level students (K-5th grade)
• Tech-savvy, able to navigate and troubleshoot basic computer and software tasks
• Strong organizational abilities and dependable communication skills
• Collaborative spirit—ready to coordinate between on-site and virtual team members
• Positive approach with students and willingness to receive training for virtual facilitation

Essential Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the delivery of remote speech services by acting as the “hands and feet” of the virtual SLP
• Provide real-time support to students during their scheduled online therapy sessions
• Serve as a critical link, communicating student needs, session activities, and technical issues between school staff and remote clinicians
• Ensure workstations and technology are ready and assist students as needed during therapy
• Maintain clear records and promptly notify relevant parties if issues arise or additional support is needed
