Desired Qualifications:

• Experience as a school paraprofessional or Certified Nursing Assistant
• Background in 1:1 care, particularly with children or youth
• Ability to foster a positive, supportive atmosphere
• Patience, reliability, and clear communication skills
• Flexibility to work early mornings (6:30–8:30 am) and afternoons (2:30–4:30 pm)
• Team-oriented and responsive to varying student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany students on buses to ensure safety and well-being during transport to and from school
• Provide attentive 1:1 or 2:1 care based on student needs
• Communicate effectively with educators, transportation staff, and students
• Remain alert and responsive to any required interventions or support
• Help maintain a calm, orderly environment throughout travel
• Document key observations and relevant information as necessary
