Current Openings:

• Preschool Paraprofessional:

  • Full-time schedule in a preschool classroom
  • Morning: Assist one student during AM class
  • Afternoon: Support a different student in the PM session
  • Foster an inclusive, positive learning space by addressing each child's unique needs

• Middle School Paraprofessional:

  • Full-time schedule in a middle school
  • Work closely with a student following a modified curriculum
  • Deliver tailored guidance to help students build self-confidence and achieve learning milestones

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or working with children in an educational setting
• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping students develop academically and socially
• Ability to communicate clearly with students, teachers, and families
• Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Offer one-on-one or small group support under the guidance of classroom teachers
• Assist with tasks that promote a safe and motivating classroom environment
• Implement individualized strategies to support student learning and behavior
