Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role preferred
• Ability to assist with instructional activities and classroom management
• Comfort working collaboratively with teachers and other staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping students succeed

Key Responsibilities

• Support students with classroom tasks and assignments under teacher guidance
• Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Foster a positive, supportive environment for all learners
• Monitor student progress and document observations
• Help with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and reinforcing lessons
• Encourage student participation and engagement throughout the school day
