What you’ll do:

• Deliver daily one-on-one support for an elementary student during school hours
• Assist with classroom activities, assignments, and individualized learning plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers and other staff members to ensure student progress and success
• Adapt to the daily needs of the student, providing both academic and behavioral guidance
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold school policies at all times
