Para Professional in Dover, NH

Support students’ growth and success in an educational setting just outside Dover, NH as a dedicated paraprofessional. This contract opportunity covers the full 2026–2027 academic school year, helping both in a one-on-one capacity and within classroom environments. Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience working in a school environment is essential
• Minimum requirement: High school diploma (no additional certifications or higher education needed)
• Ability to support students with diverse needs, both 1:1 and in groups
• Three completed references required, including one from your most recent manager, prior to the interview process
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in fostering a productive learning atmosphere
• Provide direct support to assigned students, both individually and within group settings
• Adapt to the needs of different classrooms and students throughout the day
• Model appropriate behavior and encourage student participation
• Help manage classroom routines and monitor student progress
