This position begins in September 2026, running through mid-June 2027, and follows a convenient weekday schedule (7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch). The role is ideal for compassionate, adaptable individuals who bring their school-based experience to a welcoming and supportive team.

Key qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in school settings as a paraprofessional or similar role
  • Proof of high school diploma required (no additional certifications or degrees necessary)
  • Reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic about working with students of diverse ages and abilities
  • Able to provide three completed professional references, including your most recent manager, before interviewing

Primary responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one or small group support under the direction of classroom teachers
  • Foster a safe, encouraging environment for all students
  • Assist with classroom management and daily routines
  • Support instructional activities and adapt materials as needed
  • Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and support staff
