Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma required — no additional certifications or higher education necessary
• School-based or classroom experience is preferred, but not mandatory
• Must submit three completed references, including your most recent manager, before the interview process
• Reliable and punctual, with a passion for supporting students’ academic and social development

What You’ll Do:

• Assist teachers with classroom management, lesson reinforcement, and student supervision
• Provide personalized support to assigned students, including 1:1 assistance as needed
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to reinforce educational and behavioral goals
• Adapt to assignments across middle and high school settings based on school needs
• Uphold student privacy and district policies

Position Details:

• 32.5 hours per week, aligned with either middle school (7:10am–2:10pm) or high school (7:30am–2:30pm) schedules, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Contract duration: September 1, 2026 – June 16, 2027
