Teacher's Aide - Dover, New Hampshire

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Ability to provide three professional references, including your most recent manager, before interviewing

Your Responsibilities:

• Offer direct support to students, either through one-on-one assistance or in a classroom group setting
• Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional activities
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and encouraging environment for all students
• Adapt support strategies to meet both individual student needs and classroom objectives
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Communicate routinely with educators and staff to discuss student progress and classroom dynamics
