Paraprofessional - school based

We are seeking Paraprofessionals to support students at a Title I elementary school for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Details

Start Date: September 1, 2026
End Date: June 16, 2027
Schedule: 32.5 hours per week
Hours: 8:05 AM – 3:05 PM
Setting: Elementary School

Responsibilities

Support students in classroom and small-group settings
Assist teachers with instructional and behavioral support
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Provide academic, social, and organizational assistance to students
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to meet student needs

Requirements
Candidates must provide the following before the interview process:

Three professional references, including the most recent supervisor
One of the following qualification options:

Paraprofessional II Certificate, OR
Postsecondary transcripts equivalent to an Associate’s Degree, OR
Completed Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working with school-aged children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to support diverse learning needs in an elementary school setting
