Instructional Assistant - Doylestown, Pennsylvania

This full-time contract position offers a meaningful opportunity to provide dedicated 1:1 support to an elementary-aged female student with moderate behavioral and developmental needs in a welcoming educational environment.

Your compassion, patience, and commitment will help encourage growth and independence, creating a positive school experience for your assigned student. You’ll work closely with teachers and support staff while enjoying the consistency of a Monday through Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours each week.

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in a school setting, supporting students in an educational environment
• Demonstrated background as a paraprofessional or similar support role
• Understanding and patience in working with children who exhibit moderate behaviors and developmental delays
• Strong communication skills with both students and staff
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team and follow individual education plans
• Professionalism, reliability, and dedication to student success

What You'll Do:
