Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or similar role preferred

• Basic instructional and classroom management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant training or certifications a plus

What You’ll Do:

• Support classroom instruction by working with individual students or small groups under teacher supervision
• Assist students with assignments, activities, and reinforcing lessons
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment for all learners
• Help with supervision during non-classroom activities—lunch, recess, field trips, and transitions
• Document observations and provide meaningful feedback to teaching staff
• Contribute to the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold school policies and procedures
