Openings include:

• Elementary (K-5) Full time, 8:45 AM – 3:45 PM
• High School (9-12) Full time, 7:45 AM – 2:45 PM
• English Language (K-12) Full time, 8:45 AM – 3:45 PM

Desired Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support role is highly valued
• Ability to communicate effectively and positively with students, staff, and families
• Adaptable and patient, with a genuine enthusiasm for helping children learn and succeed
• Understanding of the unique needs of diverse learners and a commitment to implementing accommodations or modifications as needed
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take direction and work collaboratively
• Background working in educational settings or with school-aged children is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom and small group support under teacher supervision
• Assist students in accessing lessons, activities, and assignments
• Help reinforce instructional content and classroom expectations
• Offer encouragement and guidance to promote student independence
• Track student progress and communicate observations to educators
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and nurturing learning environment
