Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional in school settings, particularly at the elementary or preschool level
• Flexibility and comfort working one-on-one with students as needed
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with teachers, staff, and families

• Ability to follow teacher directions, support classroom management, and assist with instructional activities

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students, with an emphasis on those requiring 1:1 assistance
• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and adapting materials for various learning needs
