Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or similar role in a school setting

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in education preferred
• Ability to pass a background check per school requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with instructional duties and classroom management

• Aid students with special needs, ensuring they have access to educational opportunities
• Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and non-instructional periods
• Support implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs) under teacher guidance
