Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as a school-based paraprofessional or working in educational settings
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster trust with students
- Understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and willingness to follow them closely
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or para certification a plus
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated, one-on-one support to a student throughout the school day
