Instructional Aide - Elizabeth, NJ

Support students in an educational setting as a dedicated paraprofessional. Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support role preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers during classroom instruction and activities

• Monitor student engagement and encourage participation
• Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and staff
