Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support role preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or relevant certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers during classroom instruction and activities
  • Provide direct assistance to students individually or in small groups
  • Assist with implementing individualized plans and accommodations
  • Help maintain a safe, supportive, and organized classroom environment
  • Monitor student engagement and encourage participation
  • Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and staff
  • Perform additional relevant duties as assigned by supervising teacher or administration
