What you'll bring to the team:

• High school diploma (must provide a copy for placement)
• Current CPR & first aid certifications from in-person training (must provide certificates; online-only not accepted)
• Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on, relevant experience in educational settings, ideally supporting children with autism or similar needs
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Patience, adaptability, and a sincere desire to support diverse learners

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting certified teachers in managing elementary autism support classrooms
• Providing direct support to students with special needs, promoting inclusive learning environments
• Helping with individualized and group instruction under teacher guidance
• Assisting with classroom management, behavior intervention plans, and daily routines
• Supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of students
• Collaborating with staff, therapists, and families to achieve student goals

This position begins as soon as possible and continues through early June 2027, allowing you to build lasting relationships with students and staff. The role is based near Elizabethtown, PA, providing a chance to work within a respected educational community.
