What We Look For:

• Highly qualified status, verified by either:
  • Passing the MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam (MN Para Educator Exam)
  • Completion of at least 60 college credits with official transcripts (photos of diplomas or degrees are not accepted)
• Prior experience working with children in educational or care settings
• Willingness to assist students with all personal care needs, including toileting
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators and families

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students individually and in small groups
• Assist with classroom organization and lesson preparation
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment, including helping with mobility or toileting as needed
• Follow individualized education plans and participate in team meetings with school staff
