Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting middle school students as a paraprofessional in a dynamic educational setting near Elk River, MN. Multiple school sites have current needs for dedicated, highly qualified paraprofessionals to assist in classrooms and foster student success during a 90-day contract period, with the potential for direct hire after demonstrating commitment.

Start making a difference from approximately August 31, 2026, through November 29, 2026, working 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Must be considered highly qualified via ONE of the following:
  • Passing the MN Para Educator Exam (attach test score results)
  • At least 60 completed college credits (attach official transcripts; photos of diplomas/degrees are not accepted)
• Experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting is preferred
• Willingness to assist with toileting and personal care as required
• Ability to collaborate with diverse student groups and educational teams
• Effective communication skills, reliability, and adaptability essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Support academic and behavioral needs of students under the supervision of classroom teachers
• Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment
• Assist with daily routines, including supervision and toileting as needed
• Provide one-on-one/student group support, adapting to evolving classroom requirements
