Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional (school-based preferred)
• Strong understanding of instruction in reading, writing, and mathematics, or reading readiness appropriate to age level

• Ability to collaborate with teachers and other school staff
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability in a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering instruction to students in small groups and one-on-one
