Soliant is seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals/Teacher Aides to support students during an Extended School Year (ESY) Summer Program in Elmira, New York. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide individualized support to students in a school-based setting while helping maintain academic and behavioral progress over the summer months.

Position Details:

Full-time, onsite summer position
ESY Summer Program
1:1 Teacher Aide / Teacher Assistant roles available
Support students throughout the school day in classroom and educational settings
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to support student success

Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 student support
Assist with classroom instruction and activities
Support behavioral and academic goals
Help students with transitions, routines, and daily tasks
Maintain professional communication with school staff and families

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children or in school settings preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must provide an updated resume
Must provide a copy of New York State license and/or Teaching Assistant Certification

Compensation for this position ranges from $13.54 to $33.54. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
