Classroom Aide | Elon, North Carolina

Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience as a Paraprofessional, preferably in a K-12 school setting
• Skilled in supporting students with mild to moderate behavioral or special needs
• Ability to assist small children with toiletry and personal care as necessary
• Comfort working with a wide grade range (pre-K through 12)
• Collaborative, proactive, and patient approach to student support
• Reliable and committed for the full academic year

Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction under teacher guidance
