Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with pre-K–12 students in a school setting
• Demonstrated ability to support students with mild to moderate behavioral needs
• Comfort with toileting assistance for small children as needed
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work with diverse age groups and shift caseloads
• Genuine passion for fostering students' growth and independence

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-class support to students, aiding instruction and engagement under teacher supervision
• Assist with classroom management and reinforce positive behavioral strategies
