Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a student-support role is highly valued
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and students

• Patience, adaptability, and strong organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom and one-on-one support to high school students according to their individual needs and educational plans
• Assist with instructional tasks, organization of classroom materials, and facilitating activities
• Support students’ social and emotional development within the school setting
• Work as part of a team to develop strategies that promote academic success and personal growth for all students
• Help implement behavior plans, accommodations, or modifications as guided by the instructional staff
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
