Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or similar position preferred
• Comfort working with middle or high school students
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
• Patience, adaptability, and the ability to maintain a positive approach
• Commitment to supporting the educational and social success of all students

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional and non-instructional tasks
• Provide individual or small group support to students
