In this role, you’ll work directly with high school students and teachers, delivering assistance both in and out of the classroom. Your presence will help ensure students stay engaged, receive the support they need, and are able to fully participate in their educational experience. No specific certifications or additional trainings are required, so you can step into this rewarding role and focus on making a difference.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar support capacity preferred
• Positive, patient, and encouraging attitude toward students
• Adaptability and a willingness to assist with varied classroom tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to student success
• Background working with high school-aged youth is a plus

Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting classroom activities, lessons, and individualized instruction
• Assisting students with assignments and understanding coursework
• Encouraging student participation and providing motivation
• Monitoring student progress and collaborating with teachers for ongoing support
• Helping maintain a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Compensation is competitive, offering between $22 and $26 per hour depending on your experience.
