Instructional Aide - Enfield, NH

This contract role, located near Enfield, NH, offers the opportunity to work closely with Pre-K through high school students in various classroom settings, enriching their learning experiences and providing essential support to educators.

We're seeking 2-3 Paraprofessionals who are passionate about making a difference and are familiar with the demands and rewards of working in a school environment. Flexibility is crucial, as assignments may shift across different age groups according to the district’s needs.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience working in school settings is required
• Ability to support students across Pre-K to high school levels
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in classroom management and instructional activities
• Support individual students or small groups with their educational goals
• Implement accommodations and modifications under teacher direction
• Foster a welcoming, respectful classroom environment
• Supervise students in various settings, such as classrooms, lunchrooms, or playgrounds
• Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and administrators regarding student needs and progress

This is a full-time position, ranging from 32.5 to 37.5 hours per week, with assignment available as soon as possible through June 2027.
