Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a Paraprofessional, working directly with students in a classroom or behavioral support setting
• Current CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training required
• Previous collaboration with BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) staff preferred
• Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced K-12 educational environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and supervision to students, assisting with academic, social, and behavioral goals as outlined by the instructional team
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of BCBA professionals and teachers
• Assist with classroom activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students
• Collect data on student behaviors and interventions to help guide future strategies
• Collaborate closely with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent support
