Key Qualifications:
- robust behavioral intervention experience in schools is essential
- Prior experience with significant or severe caseloads is strongly preferred
- Immediate ability to provide 2 completed, professional RefAssured references is required for consideration
- Reliable personal transportation is a must (public transit and rideshare not accepted)
- Ability to pass district-required fingerprinting and background check with no charges (felony or misdemeanor), as any criminal record will lead to disqualification
- Flexibility to work across multiple sites and age groups as assignments may vary
- Physical capability to assist students with toileting and diapering tasks as needed
- Punctuality—able to consistently report to work by 7:40am for elementary or 8:00am for middle/high school

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct classroom and one-on-one support to students, including those with complex behavioral needs
- Assist instructional staff in managing and maintaining a safe and productive learning environment
- Support students with daily care tasks, including personal hygiene
- Adapt to assignment changes and collaborate with multiple teams throughout the district as needed
Contract Details:
- Assignment runs from August 11 through May 21, 2027
