Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs, preferably in an educational setting
• Familiarity with classroom procedures and supporting instructional activities
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or related coursework a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times
• Reliable, patient, and committed to supporting student achievement

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
• Provide individualized attention and support to students as directed by educators
• Help foster an inclusive and welcoming classroom environment
• Assist with classroom management, organization, and supervision of students
• Support students with academic tasks and encourage their participation
• Document student progress and share observations with teaching staff
• Collaborate with the education team to address student needs
