Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience working with school-aged children in a professional setting is required

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct classroom support to teachers and staff, assisting with daily activities and individualized learning strategies
  • Offer encouragement and assistance to students individually and in small groups, helping them stay engaged and on task
  • Support students with a variety of learning needs and abilities across multiple grade levels (K-12)
  • Assist in implementing classroom routines and help maintain an organized, supportive environment
  • Foster positive relationships with students, faculty, and families
