What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of two years’ experience working as a paraprofessional in a school setting
• ESEA endorsement required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and students
• Flexibility to work across a variety of K-12 classrooms and educational needs
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping students succeed academically and socially

Key responsibilities:

• Provide academic and behavioral support to students under the direction of certified teachers
• Assist with instructional activities, classroom management, and individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed
• Help create an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere for students at all learning levels
• Foster positive relationships with students by building trust and encouraging engagement
• Support teachers in preparing materials, organizing classroom activities, and supervising students during transitions and activities
