What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of paraprofessional experience, preferably within the K-12 setting
• Valid ESEA endorsement required
• Ability to adapt to a variety of classroom settings and grade levels
• Strong communication skills, patience, and reliability

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering instructional and behavioral support to students
• Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Help implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
• Support students with special needs, providing encouragement and guidance throughout the school day
• Prepare classroom materials and maintain a positive, organized classroom atmosphere
• Communicate effectively with teaching staff, administration, and parents as needed
