• Ability to communicate clearly with students, educators, and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated, one-on-one support to an elementary student throughout the school day
• Assist with daily routines, personal care, and mobility as needed
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to foster a supportive learning environment
• Monitor and encourage student engagement, participation, and well-being
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in all interactions
• Adapt strategies and materials to best support the student’s learning goals
