Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous paraprofessional experience, particularly within school settings

• Flexibility and adaptability in adjusting to daily classroom needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in providing academic and behavioral support to elementary students
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt learning materials as directed
• Support students’ personal, social, and emotional development throughout the school day
• Encourage participation and independence among students
• Supervise classroom activities, transitions, and small group work
• Collaborate with staff and families to ensure comprehensive care and support
