Instructional Aide - Exeter, NH

Paraprofessional opportunities are now open in the Dover area, offering both 1:1 and classroom support roles for the upcoming school year. Contract positions run from September 1, 2026 to June 16, 2027, with full-time schedules (32.5 hours weekly; 7:30am–2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch).

Ideal candidates have a background working in schools and are passionate about fostering student success. This role does not require paraprofessional certifications or higher education; proof of a high school diploma is all that is needed, making it a great match for experienced classroom aides looking for their next meaningful position.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Direct school experience, particularly in supporting students in educational settings
• Ability to provide a high school diploma
• Strong references: three completed references required before interviewing, including your most recent manager
• Commitment to reliability, compassion, and a team-driven approach
• Excellent communication and adaptability skills

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver student support through both direct 1:1 and small-group classroom assignments
