Contract positions run from September 1, 2026 to June 16, 2027, with full-time schedules (32.5 hours weekly; 7:30am–2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch).
Ideal candidates have a background working in schools and are passionate about fostering student success. This role does not require paraprofessional certifications or higher education; proof of a high school diploma is all that is needed, making it a great match for experienced classroom aides looking for their next meaningful position.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Direct school experience, particularly in supporting students in educational settings
- Ability to provide a high school diploma
- Strong references: three completed references required before interviewing, including your most recent manager
- Commitment to reliability, compassion, and a team-driven approach
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver student support through both direct 1:1 and small-group classroom assignments
- Assist teachers in maintaining productive, positive classroom environments
