Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma required (no additional certifications or higher education needed)
• Previous school or classroom experience preferred
• Ability to provide three completed references, including your most recent manager, before interviews
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A collaborative and flexible approach to working with diverse student needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Support students with academic, behavioral, and social needs in classroom and 1:1 settings
• Assist teachers with classroom management, instructional activities, and daily routines
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
• Adapt to various classroom dynamics and student requirements
• Maintain consistent communication with staff and contribute to team goals

Position Details:

• Contract duration: September 1, 2026 - June 16, 2027
• Full-time hours (32.5 per week) following school schedules:
  • Middle School: 7:10am – 2:10pm (with 30-minute unpaid lunch)
  • High School: 7:30am – 2:30pm (with 30-minute unpaid lunch)
