Instructional Aide in Exeter, NH

Ten paraprofessionals are needed for mixed roles, including one-on-one assignments and classroom support, for the full academic year from September 1, 2026, to June 16, 2027. Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma required (no additional paraprofessional certifications or higher education necessary)
• Previous experience in a school environment is preferred
• Ability to provide three professional references, including your most recent manager, prior to interviewing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependability and flexibility to work in both 1:1 and group classroom settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers and staff by providing instructional and behavioral support to students
• Work in one-on-one and group classroom scenarios, adapting to the needs of students with varying abilities
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment
• Supervise students during non-classroom times as assigned
• Collaborate closely with educational professionals to support student learning goals

Details & Schedule:

• Contract position requiring 32.5 hours per week
• Middle School hours: 7:10 a.m. – 2:10 p.m.; High School hours: 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
