Teacher's Aide - Exeter, New Hampshire

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional in a school setting
• Familiarity with supporting high school-aged students
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Reliability and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment
• Ability to follow directions and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, encouraging atmosphere for all students

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students needing extra guidance
• Adapt instructional materials as directed by teaching staff
• Encourage student engagement and participation
• Monitor student progress and offer constructive feedback
• Uphold school policies and ensure a supportive learning environment

Position Details:

• Full-time contract position; immediate start
• Hours: 7:40am – 2:30pm, Monday through Friday
• Work directly with high school learners for the entire academic year through June 2026
