Key Qualifications:

• Proof of high school diploma (no additional certifications or higher education required)
• Experience in a school setting is desirable
• Ability to provide three completed professional references, including your most recent manager, prior to the interview
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting student learning
• Adaptable and reliable, capable of working with students in both individualized and classroom settings

Daily Responsibilities:

• Offer personalized assistance to assigned students as a 1:1 support or within a group classroom environment
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) and instructional activities
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement
• Assist students with classwork, organization, and social skills as needed
• Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and support staff
