Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students both individually and in small groups as directed by classroom teachers and specialists
• Assist with instruction, behavior management, and fostering an inclusive classroom climate
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth in daily activities
• Collaborate with special and general education staff to ensure student goals are met
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development as appropriate
