Instructional Aide - Fairfield, CA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in a classroom or educational setting highly preferred
• Ability to support teachers and collaborate with school staff
• Patient, adaptable, and passionate about fostering student growth
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and adults
• Experience assisting students with special needs is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college coursework or certifications are a bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and lesson implementation
• Provide individual or small-group support to students on assignments and classroom tasks
• Help maintain a positive, organized, and inclusive classroom environment
• Support students with varying learning needs, including special education
• Supervise students in the classroom, hallways, cafeteria, or playground as needed
• Communicate student progress and concerns with teachers and staff
• Foster a motivating and encouraging atmosphere for all learners
