Instructional Assistant - Fairfield, CA

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school environment preferred
• Ability to build rapport while supporting students with individualized needs
• Professionalism, reliability, and genuine passion for helping others succeed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work in a 1:1 capacity with an assigned student to support their day-to-day academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
• Assist teachers and other staff in implementing and adjusting instructional plans and accommodations
• Provide encouragement, guidance, and supervision throughout the school day
• Document student progress and communicate observations to the educational team
• Foster a supportive, safe, and respectful learning environment
