What You’ll Do:

• Deliver one-on-one and small-group support tailored to students’ needs
• Assist with classroom instruction and academic assignments

• Aid teachers with daily classroom management and student supervision
• Support students as they build independence and essential daily living skills
• Create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive learning space

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 60 college credits completed
• Experience working with children or in a school environment is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Collaborative spirit and willingness to work as part of a team
