Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Support individual students and small groups with academic tasks
• Assist the lead teacher with lesson implementation and classroom management
• Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and, as needed, breaks
• Help maintain an organized, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
• Encourage positive behaviors and help address any challenges
• Provide feedback and observations to teachers about student progress
