What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Paraprofessional in school settings, or similar academic support roles
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere

• Team-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or relevant certifications a plus

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting teachers with classroom management and instructional activities
• Supporting students individually or in small groups, both in and out of the classroom
• Reinforcing lessons and facilitating activities as directed by teaching staff
• Monitoring student progress and maintaining a safe, supportive environment
• Assisting with administrative and organizational classroom tasks
• Helping students build confidence and independence
