Key Qualifications:

• Paraprofessional experience in a school or classroom setting
• Completion of all state-mandated trainings (proof required)
• Clear background check (no hits) and completed fingerprinting
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students
• Reliable and punctual, with an understanding of the school-day schedule

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, individualized support for assigned student(s) throughout the school day
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create inclusive, engaging learning environments
• Assist students with academic tasks, daily routines, and social development
• Help implement accommodations and modifications as directed in student plans
• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality at all times

Role Details:

• Full-time hours during the academic year (7:40 am – 2:30 pm or 7:20 am – 2:30 pm, depending on building)
• Onsite position at two leading school campuses
• Work collaboratively within a supportive educational community
