- An associate degree or higher, or
- A passing ETS ParaPro Assessment score (minimum 460), or
- Qualifying SAT scores (at least 480 in evidence-based reading/writing and 530 in math)
- Experience or comfort working as a paraprofessional—especially in special education or 1:1 student support
- Flexibility with classroom and caseload assignments
- Compassion, patience, and initiative to help students reach their full potential
Your contributions will include:
- Supporting students’ academic, social, and behavioral growth
- Assisting with personal care tasks, as needed (including toileting/diapering)
- Collaborating with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment
- Adapting to different settings and grade levels as assigned
Start as soon as possible and take part in virtual interviews with district leadership. Official university transcripts are required prior to consideration. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while making a real difference every day.
