Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar classroom support role preferred
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques and individualized instruction
• Ability to assist students with lessons, homework, and activities throughout the school day
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility in adapting to various settings and student needs
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional child development coursework or certifications welcomed

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside teachers to implement classroom activities and educational programs
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students with diverse learning needs
• Support positive behavior and social integration in the classroom
• Assist with classroom organization, preparation of learning materials, and record-keeping
• Foster an inclusive, respectful environment for all students
