Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar classroom support role preferred
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and individualized instruction
- Ability to assist students with lessons, homework, and activities throughout the school day
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility in adapting to various settings and student needs
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional child development coursework or certifications welcomed
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside teachers to implement classroom activities and educational programs
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students with diverse learning needs
- Support positive behavior and social integration in the classroom
- Assist with classroom organization, preparation of learning materials, and record-keeping
- Foster an inclusive, respectful environment for all students
