Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
• Supporting students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Helping to adapt materials and modify lessons as needed
• Monitoring behavior and promoting a safe, respectful environment
• Collaborating with educators and staff to deliver seamless support throughout the school day
